> I had a query about construction noise. the building site of late has been working to 8pm of late. from my understanding they should stop at 6pm. I rang noise control but wouldn't send anyone unless went past 8. so the obviously know the rules and trying to push it. is not pleasant listening to loud banging and power tools while trying to enjoy dinner or get children to sleep. spoke to the developer, but nothing has changed. does not seem fair. should they be expected to stop at 6pm?
