# Damaged Road, 196 Peterborough Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 9 December 2025 · report 7354403
https://www.chch.live/report/7354403

> Hello, the road outside our house was recently (on Sunday night) resurfaced and done poorly with ridges left in the road and turning vehicles damaging the surface. Before the lines are painted back there can the asphalt be inspected (and rejected?) to ensure the work done is up to the standard expected and paid for by the council. I suspect it needs to be redone and better protected while it cures
