> For years at the corner of Wigram and Annex and Birmingham roads in Wigram. https://www.harrisonbloy.co.nz The Harrison Bloy plumbing / bathroom shop has a warehouse loading bay that regularly blocks Wigram road. This occurs daily at multiple times of the day. Blocking the left lane at the lights causing multiple issues and danger to the public. Vehicles blocking Wigram road, parking on the foot path, damaging the keening and seal, causing blockages of the cycle lane, the left lane turning onto annex road. Daily there are plumbing vans and trucks parking on yellow lines and footpaths. This requires urgent attention please.
