> Restricted P30 parking on Kingsley Street outside our building was approved by council in February 2015 following application made 9 months earlier. It is now 4 months since approval received an we still have no P30 signs erected. Countless calls to Chang Xi have only tesulted in white lines painted on road and repeated apologies for delay. Please, lets see some action here!
