> located at plesant point yacht club in South brighton.pontoon at end of jetty is missing connection lugs . pontoon is connected to one of the piles by one unfixed lug. unsure of anchorage system but if unfixed lug is lifted out pontoon could lose its position, swinging around fixed end.
