> Graffiti on pedestrian foot bridge which runs from Ashgrove Terrace to Ernle Clarke Reserve. Guard rails on both sides of bridge have multiple areas of paint pen graffiti on top surface and on inner surface of rail (surface which faces pedestrians crossing bridge).
