> This car has been parked over the footpath for a couple of days already. It’s a very narrow little lane and I park on the opposite side (outside my house) and there is no room to park where this car is parked, on or off the footpath. It makes getting out of our driveway very difficult if cars are parked on both sides and makes the lane even more narrow than if already is.
