> Man hole leaking water for weeks creating flooding down the street. Lid has been opened by someone. Gutters full of debris and stagnant water. Constant water leaking from man hole for weeks. Council need to fix. Mosquitos breeding and bad smell coming from gutter. Woman slipped on mug and injured herself trying to avoid it. Please respond.
