> it's dissapointing to see that now, after about 50 years, ccc are painting the exposed aggregate of these bins. these bins were part of out city aesthetic. the way you are treating graffiti is changing our city aesthetic to a heap of poorly applied patches of disgusting colours of paint that deteriorate the underlying substrate.
