> Mallett Place keeps flooding in a moderate rain. The drain closest to the road is blocked up meaning the rainwater keeps flowing down into the cul-de-sac and making the flooding worse. I tried digging it out with only mild success. The grate covering the drain has also been broken for years. That leaves just the single drain for the rest of the cul-de-sac which isn't up to the task and people's properties keep flooding. The drains need some thorough cleaning out and improving.
