> My daughter and I visited Parakiore last week on Monday. While we had fun once we were inside the pool area, the reception area where we waited to get our hydroslide wristbands was awful. There was a loud alarm like a smoke alarm going off every time a customer went through the gates. They were entering after paying so nothing was wrong, but the alarm persisted. I found it painful and I also think your staff deserve better. Please let me know if this was normal as I really found it intolerable
