> The sections at 2,4 and 14 Kinsey Terrace, Clifton Hill are red zoned land maintained by ChCh City Council. Until a couple of months ago they were regularly mowed. Now the scrub and noxious weeds are up to 6ft high. This is a fire hazard. Why is this being left unmowed all of a sudden? Can it please be sorted before it dries out. Thank you
