> Abandoned car zc7588 in a 120 parking area.burgundy colour. Jacked up one wheel missing. Dinged on right side near the missing wheel. On dec31 three young people were there including 2 lads verbally abusing the young woman for something she did or did not do.. Will require means to pick up as it is not drivable. Been there 24 hours or more. This is not my car. Parking violation. Raining will take photo later.
