> The gutter on Grange Street is broken and choked with weeds growing up through the broken concrete, causing flooding as water can't flow. The roadside is grass/dirt and in the winter, mud made worse by the overflowing gutter. Several cars have become stuck in the gutter and spin their wheels making a mess and needing to be towed out! Can we have the deep gutter replaced with the newer style and dirt/grass replaced with seal. This is a problem pretty much the length and both sides of Grange St.
