> its my understanding that this is a carpark for access to the city to sea pathway but it has been locked for a week now. I don't believe that this is a carpark for the sole use of the daycare that sits in the red zone but that's what it seems like. I have seen disabled people use the carpark to access the pathway in the past but that can't be done now due to restricted access. please contact me about it thanks.
