> Someone has dumped a wooden pallet on the footpath directly outside my house, leaving it lying against my fence. I did not put it there and do not know who it belongs to. This is causing a nuisance and could damage the fence or create a safety issue. Please could you kindly arrange for the pallet to be removed or advise what action I should take.
