> There is a growing pile of rubbish in the Grassmere Housing development. This rubbish contains food scraps so there will be vermin. Obviously it is also polluting the environment. This is in close proximity to Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village. Storage of rubbish like this on site must be in violation of the consent. Can you please advise the owner to clean it up and take measures to avoid it happening again.
