> There is an old rubbish bin that has 46 roker street on it, that looks to be abandoned, not top so full of rain water and used for public waste, sitting in the garden of the property we manage 1/46 roker. all of the other rubbish bins fit the apartments for the new build are accounted for. See photos. Can you pick up this excess bin or do something with it so not in the yard of our property. I moved it iO to the street.
