> There has been pooling water sitting the the gutters that has been there since before Christmas time. It hasn’t dried up or expanded onto the road but it has stayed consistently wet and puddled. This is in the middle of Dalkeith Street in hoonhay. It is on both sides of the road but slightly more on one side. Dalkeith Street is near hoonhay road and Lewis road. Thanks!
