> end of our driveway, between/neighbours is a ‘garden’ on council land. Anytime it rains or any water runs from our driveway it goes in to the ‘garden’ flooding it creating a muddy mess, covering the access to our water metre (which in turn gets filled up with mud) and concealing the round yellow fire hydrant and often the yellow rectangle one. The neighbourhood children also dig in the mud which doesn’t help. Can something be done to the ‘garden’ to improve drainage?
