> There has been a large piece of car glass, a window or windscreen, lying in the gutter for months. This is a serious health and safety issue. Glass is scattered along the gutter and I am sure glass fragments and plastics have been washed into the nearby polluted Opawaho River. I cannot believe that this glass has sat here for months and council has ignored the mess. The glass must be removed immediately Thank you
