> Homeowners trailer is frequently parked on the berm with the drawbar hanging out into the road. This is dangerous as it is directly opposite the main school entrance where parents, visitors and school busses pull out into the street and it is very difficult to see. This part of the street is very busy and congested on school days. Shipping container has also been on the berm for over a year taking up an area which would help aid traffic flow during busy times.
