> Gutter section broken by roots of Silver birch tree. The section of gutter has been driven upwards obstructing stormwater flow. Result major ponding at gateway of 40 Condell Ave during heavy rainfall causing reverse flow up driveway stormwater drain for #40,42 & 44 .
