> the smell is horrible. it smells like people's poop. it's coming thru the house now. the street stinks so bad. hot as and cold rainy days it's worse. but it comes in waves all the time. it's absolutely feral and getting worse it needs to be fixed. everyone on the street has had enough. would should be able to eat outside in summer without smelling human poop
