> when driving out of the parking area it is up hill and then drops down flat to the road. At the crest of the rise is a speed hump which causes low riding cars to bottom out as they cross the hump. It does not seem necessary to have a speed hump at all, as it is not likely anyone would exit quickly. The pull off area is very small. The other entrance to this area does not have a speed hump.
