> I am writing to report a problem with a water valve located at 18 Delph St, Avonhead. The main valve is not closing properly, We need to turn off the valve, but it cannot be closed. Could you please send someone to inspect and repair it as soon as possible, as this may cause water leakage or other problems? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
