> The street gutter outside 18 Akau Place has draining issues so every time it rains there is major flooding. The first photo shows the gutter partially covered after 5 mins of rain, the second photo shows the gutter completed covered after 30 minutes of rain. It will be much worse tonight after a full day of rain.
