> the open drain outside the gsrage at 9 Scarborough rd. is blocked with small stones with leaves on top. the other drain is blocked and really needs further investigation... the nice man dug the drain out but that does not work. maybe they are not connected. I have been asking for this to be addressed for 10 years. it would be lovely to get it sorted as the water runs down the hill into the garage below. Thanks again.
