> Neighbour at 30 Haslam Cresent in Hoon Hay has people living in an unpermitted Garage. What leaves me to believe it is unpermitted is that it’s made from scrap materials and has no guttering and fireplace is not to regulations. I also believe there is significant risk of fire due to the over hanging tree growing over the roof near the chimney
