> Sunday 11th Jan 2026 12:51 pm. Brougham St Sydenham headind toward Southern motorway. This is a CCC Parks vehicle spilling its load all over the road and following vehicles, this is not the sort of behaviour expected from an employee of a local government dept. I was absolutely horrified to see this occurring especially as the driver ented the Motorway at the end of Brougham St!
