> Kia ora I recently contacted Chorus to rectify a broadband cable servicing the property that had come loose at the pole and was lying on the hedge. I've just been to inspect and whilst they have reattached the cable at the pole, both it and the power cable - not sure why this was touched - has been lowered so that both droop very close to the hedge, making it too dangerous to cut the hedge - see attached photos. I've contacted Chorus but can the power cable be rectified please.
