> I noticed that Brinkman Peez have blocked access to the council reserve land adjacent to 1 Mulgans Track and appear to have cleared vegetation and planted grass. They have erected a fence with advertising. Please advise if they have any permission for CCC to do this, and if not would you ensure they remove the fence and stop activities in this area.
