> Old straw bales left overt from building the Westmoreland stormwater basin. This makes it impossible to mow the outside between the fence and the ditch. I have just cleared it, to expose what is going on and would appreciate if the council could rectify this, so that it could be mowed from now on. The old rusty Waratahs are a public hazard as well. Ideally please remove hay bales, poison twitch, grade the soil and re-grass. Thank you
