> This road was resealed very recently and the contractor has obviously not done a correct design as along their whole scope of works most of the chip has come off, it looks like it would after maybe 2 or 3 years, this is about 4months and has been getting progressively worse since 2 weeks after they completed it. Under the contract I believe we are entitled for the to repair their faulty works as it is within 12 months and is defective. The scouring of chip is dangerous especially in the wet.
