> Seat on Gloucester Street by Francesca's Kitchen ( corner New Regent Street) Seat ( park bench) and paved footpath surrounded by cigarette butts, food rubbish, sometimes used clothing items, rubbish in gap between buildings. A woman was begging there this evening. This area is where visitors to our city come, Theatre patrons and restaurant patrons pass. Looks bad and frequently smells. Please assist by keeping this area clean.
