> Hello. Attached is a photo of the stormwater sump which is on the corner of Cressy Terrace and Buxtons Road in Lyttelton. The sump has been completely covered in silt and plant material due to the recent weather event. It needs to be cleared quickly, because if there’s another weather event before it’s cleared the water will flow across the road and into properties below, possibly causing damage which could be costly for the council to repair.
