> 4 lanes on this off ramp, 2 x turning right 1 x straight ahead & 1 x left. straight ahead gets delayed 20 seconds whilst the other two operate. no logical reason for this other than signal people flexing their controll. frustrating as only 4 to 5 straight through cars get through the lights. please explain reasoning other than pettty anti vehicle rhetoric.
