> This unkempt hedge makes the footpath almost unusable. The hedge needs to be hacked right back so the footpath can be used. The tenant doesn’t bother trimming the hedges around the footpaths but just lets them run wild. Even if this hedge was properly trimmed the footpath could hardly be used by a wheelchair or pram. I’ve complained multiple times about this hedge and nothing seems to have been done about it.
