> all down marshall street starting from dairy on corner of Radley street right around to cumnor terrace this pathway is neglected. foot path is a trip hazard hard to use pram, bike or walk down. Bricks from wall falling down , very over grown bushes, grass etc and then all sorts of material dumped along path.
