> Tussock grass has grown very high and impedes the view for traffic using the free turn lane going left from Opawa Rd into Brougham Street. Vehicles finding it hard to wait behind white line as the cannot see what is coming from Brougham Street (heading in direction for Lyttelton). Could this be trimmed down please.
