> Some neighbourly individual stuffed our green bin full of their rubbish, compacting ours so that it didn’t empty properly. Now we’re left with quarter of our green bin still full. Grrr. How do you suggest preventing this from happening in the future? It’s not the first time we’ve had rubbish added to our bins, usually it’s the yellow recycle.
