> Kerb and channel filled with debris leaves and dirt on both sides of kilmore between barbadoes and kilmore. Evidence of failure of contractor; needs to be cleaned out by hand as cars permenantly parked along the street prevent machine sweeper and sucker from access. It's been like this for years and months showing consistent breach of contract. Thank you.
