> it is loose in the ground, there are gaps around it, it needs to be a bit lower in the ground, it wobbles, it is above ground level (really bad for mowers trying to keep the grass cut), and I'll assume its pointing in the wrong direction as it points to a tree, if it was for Pinehurst it isn't even on that street and if it is for penwood st its facing the wrong way
