> This is from 3 mm of rain. Our road side gutter does not drain down hill anymore. It makes it hard for our elderly family to park on the street and come in. It’s a hassle for the daycare across the road and is dangerous for me getting a 1.5 year old in and out of our car. As well as the 4.5 year old we have.
