> I am writing to report an ongoing issue at Number 10, Flat 1, Kinloch Street, St Albans. I have spoken with the occupants twice regarding a bed base and mattress left on the grass in front of the property, but no action has been taken. The items have been there for several weeks. As the street has very limited traffic and is mainly accessed by residents, the furniture appears to have been dumped, creating an ongoing visual and hygiene concern.
