> Unusual discharge from stormwater outlet to gutter / POSSIBLE SEWERAGE . I noticed a torrent of water heading down the hill - I traced it to the stormwater outlet by 112 / 112a Moncks Spur road. Discharged for around 60 to 90 seconds. I estimate around 50 to 100 litres. I have noticed this previously once or twice a month in dry conditions. This time I was closer, and noticed the sewerage smell so decided to investigate. Shouldn't be anything discharging to stormwater in these conditions.
