> This is the only stormwater drain for the entire section of Flemington Ave from Randwick to Bower and on Randwick from Ascot to Flemington. I have noted that it gets backed up even in moderate rainfall. Can the drain be cleared out both at this access point and of sand obstruction within the stormwater pipe?
