> Most residents who border Northwood Bvd don't have easy access to the blvd garden on their boundary. As a result many are overgrown with weeds and self sown oak trees (some 30-40cm). The length from O'Neil Ave-Talbot Rd south side requires a tidy up and oaks removed before they get any bigger. Thank you
