> This col-de-sac was chip sealed a couple days ago. However, this is a major bicycle way and a connection for Sydenham into Waltham, including the school. Chipseal is very bad to bike on, especially when it doesn’t get cleaned of all the loose gravel. Children bike this route. I nearly had an accident slidding out on the loose seal. My flatmate said he had the same experience. The chip seal needs to be immediately sweat and cleaned up. Better yet, do not use chip seal on bike roads or bikes
