> A “temporary” raised vehicle crossing has been installed at 375 Ilam road across the cycleway that creates a real health and safety issue for cyclists and is a serious accident waiting to happen. It has created a sudden unexpected raised platform in an otherwise flat cycleway. I cannot understand why the existing vehicle crossing (under) is not adequate for the construction of an infill house at the rear of the property. The obstruction within the cycleway needs to be removed urgently.
